Join us for this free studio program designed to give families and children ages 2 and up an exploratory artmaking experience. Art educators kindle curiosity through painting, drawing, mixed media activities and more!

With new activities each month, Art Educator, Harvey Tolentino Doniego will be on hand to offer guidance and encouragement as families create together. All required materials are provided.

Please note that an adult must accompany all children under the age of 16 for the duration of the program.

This program is made possible with the support of the Davies Charitable Foundation, Kingston.

Harvey Tolentino Doniego (he/they) is a Queer Filipino Multidisciplinary Emerging Artist Educator, and Creative based in Kingston, Ontario. With a strong passion for community engagement and artistic expression, Harvey has made meaningful contributions to Kingston’s art scene. They have worked as an Emerging Artist Educator with the Kingston School of Art and as a Guest Artist Educator for the Agnes Etherington Art Centre’s summer programs and Creation Station. They worked as a Program and Events assistant with the Tett Centre for Creativity and Learning. Harvey has also recently programmed community art shows and events with Artery/Trellis HIV/AIDS Community care centre. They also work as a Gallery Ambassador for Cultivate Art Commons. Harvey loves to create workshops and events that are inclusive, empowering and connect the community to Nature. Harvey adores working with and for the community and is excited to create with you at the next Creation Station.
