3–6 November 2015

Find peace of mind with tours, yoga and screen-printing sessions

Find peace of mind at the Agnes this week. Agnes is participating in the first Thrive Week at Queen’s with free-of-charge events for students, staff and faculty.

* Free guided gallery tours in the lunch hour–starting at 12:15 pm–on Tuesday 3 November and Thursday 5 November.

* Yoga session in the Atrium on Thursday 5 November 11 am to noon.

* Two back-to-back Stress Busters in the André Biéler Studio on Friday 6 November from 12–1:30 and 2:30–4 pm. Ward off the November blues by immersing yourself in silkscreen printing. Artist Pheobe Cohoe will show you how it’s done.

Thrive is a week-long initiative to promote positive mental health and resiliency across campus. The inaugural edition runs 2-6 November. Developed by Queen’s Human Resources, the program targets students, staff and faculty through events and educational activities addressing stigma, physical fitness, sleep, stress and nutrition.
