Free screening. The Fall of Water, on view in the current exhibition I hope humanity…, is an extraordinary work of staged photography that fuses Condé and Beveridge’s drive for social justice with aesthetic power. This documentary film offers an intimate portrayal of the artists in conversation and at work. The screening of Portrait of Resistance: The Art and Activism of Carole Condé and Karl Beveridge will be introduced by Clive Robertson, Associate Professor, Art History Program. Directed by Roz Owen and Jim Miller, 2012, 72 minutes.
