Squirrel Working Out: Burpee
The burpee, a squat thrust with an additional stand between repetitions, is a full body exercise used in strength training and as an aerobic exercise. The basic movement is performed in four steps and known as a "four-count burpee." Chantal Rousseau has created a series of animated GIFS featuring squirrels doing fitness training excercises. Each GIF is created with a slow process of drawing successive watercolour renderings on paper, with each step then scanned and sequenced.
