Led by artist Natasha Jabre and geared for children ages 9–12, this course is an introduction to portrait drawing. Using a mirror and employing accurate measuring techniques, students will render the form, structure and proportions of the human head in space. Participants will also develop the expressive quality of their drawings by experimenting with quality of line, materials, and shadows.
