To ensure your event is successful, the following fixtures and access privileges are available:
Space will not be reserved without a signed contract. Space reservations require a non-refundable booking fee of $100 at the time of acceptance of the booking along with a signed contract, which must be received to complete the space rental reservation. In addition to space rental fees, staffing and set-up charges may apply. Excepting Queen’s University departments, rental fees are subject to HST.
The $100 booking fee will be refunded if Agnes needs to cancel an event due to COVID-restrictions.
Cancellations of a space booking by the client must be made in writing to the Visitor Services Assistant and must be received at least 45 days before the event start date. The booking fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the event start date will be subject to an additional charge of $100.
