On 20 July, join us in Lyndhurst at No.9 Gardens for an evening of contemporary art and a delicious seed to table meal as we celebrate the launch of Landing, an exhibition at No.9 Gardens featuring site-specific, land-based artworks.

3:30 pm: Bus pickup at Agnes Etherington Art Centre, 36 University Avenue, Kingston ON

4:30 pm: Exhibition tour with artists and curator

6 pm: Seed to table feast!

7:30 pm: Bus departs for Kingston

What is land doing? Land-ing? On the shores of a meandering creek and the wildflower fields of No.9 Gardens, an exhibition emerges from this inquiry. Artists Amanda Boulos, Maurício Chades, Marianne Chénard, JP Longboat, Ella Dawn McGeough, Kelsey Pearson, Sarah Peebles, Erica Stocking, Christian Bernard Singer and José Luis Torres address the sensory experience of edges, limits, and borders— both settling and unsettling—to express how landing shapes and permeates the human dream world.

The exhibition is open free to public for self-guided tours Saturdays and Sundays 10 am–5 pm 20 July–29 September.
