Join us for an afternoon of meditation in the gallery

Join us for an afternoon of meditation in the gallery. Split Between the I and the Gaze is an exhibition that explores how our sight is influenced by personal experiences and identities. INSTRUCTOR BIOGRAPHY
Trained in Mindfulness and Concentrative Meditation, Hatha, Restorative and Yin Yoga, Reiki, Qi Gong, Anatomy and Fascia Release, Kingston yoga and meditation instructor Alex Lewis understands the importance of mind, body and soul connectivity. Lewis helps students learn the rewards of stilling the mind, breathing with intention and letting go mentally, physically and spiritually. According to Lewis, “the sense of healing energy that develops within ourselves once we introduce these simple, but sometimes challenging practices into our lives, help develop a patience and peace that is needed in such a busy, fast paced world.”
