Virtual Art Hive @Agnes (21 October 2021)

When participating in Art Hive @Agnes Online:

1. I will make sure I mute my microphone when I am not speaking to ensure the space remains calm and safe for everyone.
2. I understand that everyone has an equal voice.
3. I understand the moderator has the capacity to mute my microphone as needed.
4. I will not film or photograph any of the online sessions.
5. I understand that this is not a therapeutic session but rather an artmaking session centered around wellness and stress reduction.

Statement of Release from Liability

I release Queen’s University from liability arising from injury, damages, or loss which may occur as a result of the registrant in the online program, except those caused by neglect.

Photography

We would like to document the program in action. These photographs/screenshots will be used in the following manner:

• In the museum newsletter At Agnes.
• As publicity photographs.
• For documentation of our programs, use in future funding applications and reports, and use in educational workshops.
• On our website and in social media.

The participant will not be individually identified in reproductions for these purposes.
